While pyrex pieces in bright solid colours with simple patterns are my favourite, classic white pieces definitely add a touch of retro elegance to a Summer lunch or gathering...
These divided dishes are perfect for cooking 2 dishes at once or serving up different flavoured chips etc - $3 each.
After much searching for a complete set of pyrex ramekins at markets and in op shops I finally caved and bought this set of 6 on eBay - including postage they worked out at $2.50 each.
I adore this big mixing bowl, white with mustard flowers, at the same time I picked up the even bigger contrasting mixing bowl - mustard with white flowers - $8 for the pair.
Also, I very happily came across an assortment of pyrex lids at $1 each in Vinnie's last week, I bought 5 which fit various casseroles and dishes I have - hurray!!!

I love that you have such a passion for Pyrex! My favorite is the dish set with leaf pattern :+) Happy Wednesday!
love them all! especially that green patterned casserole!
they are all just beautiful but i really adore that green one!
right what's your secret? i never have any luck finding pyrex. this is an enviable collection, and so useful too. think of all the money you have saved on quality bakeware. there should be medals for this type of achievement! love the retro prints
You know, since you first posted about your Pyrex I've been on the lookout for some Pyrex pieces of my own (yes, copycat, I know!). But sadly I've not spotted any. It appears there's a Pyrex drought in the secondhand stores of Marrickville...!!
Thanks! I think I've just had a lucky streak, I could go by months without finding any and then just go to an Op Shop on the right day when somebody has gotten rid of a pile of pyrex and pick up 3 or 4 pieces at once.
Im totally jealous!
great find with the lids!!! I love the rose pattern....I have never seen that before and it quite lovely!
I've been helping my parents move this week and in the midst of the decluttering and down-sizing I've managed to pick up a few things. One of them was a white pyrex dish with blue flowers. I'm very happy with it. (Mum wouldn't part with the matching bigger one. Darn!)
they are all beautiful, my favorite is the one with orange flowers!
Lovely Pyrex! We don't see a lot of JAJ over here! :)
